I stopped using my cell phone while in the car about two years ago after I got a ticket. Even though I installed a "no Hands" phone I just realized it is not worth risking my life or anyone else's life to speak instantly. If I am expecting an emergency call, and my phone starts to ring, I pull over and talk. I didn't have a cell phone in my car 10 years ago so why is it so important now?
