No surprise here: Companies' reputations precede them. But what, exactly, contributes to a brand or company having a good reputation? Why do YOU gravitate toward certain brands over others? This week, Harris Interactive released its annual Reputation Quotient study which uncovered the U.S. companies with the best (and not-so-"best") reputations.
Tomorrow, we will be hugely fortunate to have Robert Fronk, Harris Senior Vice-President and reputation expert, blog for us about his interpretation our Reputation Quotient data and what may change in the future. In the meantime, check out this video blog entry, created by Decker Communications, featuring their president, Ben Decker. He shares his views on why good corporate communication = good corporate reputation. Do you agree?
Tune in tomorrow for Robert’s entry. In the meantime, click here to see the full Reputation Quotient results.
